Why do you require a 50% advance payment?
All our pieces are made-to-order and tailored to your size. We begin working on your outfit—cutting, embroidery, and stitching—right after you place your order.
To ensure commitment and secure your production slot, we require a 50% advance. The balance is paid before delivery.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
We do not offer COD because each outfit is custom-stitched. We require 50% advance and the remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch.
What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our website are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
Where does Adil & Madiha ship to?
We offer nationwide shipping in Pakistan and also ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take, and what are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free within Pakistan. International customers may incur local duties and taxes depending on their country’s policies.
Can I get a custom size or make design changes?
Yes, we offer custom sizing and allow minor design adjustments. Please reach out on WhatsApp or email before placing your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can request changes (size, address, design notes) within 48 hours of placing your order. After that, changes are not guaranteed. Contact customer care for urgent requests.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a unique Order ID via email after placing the order. Use this ID when contacting customer support for order updates.
Are product colors accurate to what’s shown?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen differences.
How does payment confirmation work for bank deposit orders?
If you choose Bank Transfer:

What happens if I forget to send payment or the screenshot?

If you need your order by a specific date, kindly mention it in the “notes” section at checkout or contact us via WhatsApp. We’ll do our best to prioritize it if production allows.
